We try to get exact Proof Pictures of each Pre-Order item getting signed.

Check the ship-back date on each individual order and wait for emailed tracking!
Once you receive your item back signed, please send us a picture of it (you can be in the picture as well if you’d like us to post it) and we will find your Proof Picture and email it to you!

Frequently Asked Questions
A. If you paid for a Personalization, Character Name, or Inscription and the celebrity declined to write it or just missed it, we would send you a partial refund on your order for the Personalization, Character Name, or Inscription only. This would not qualify for a full refund on the autograph/authentication etc.
A. If you place a Pre-Order with multiple other Pre-Orders or In Stock items, we will ship them all at the same time once the last Pre-Order is completed. If you want the items shipped as soon as they are available, please place each Pre-Order or In Stock item order separately.
A. All of the Private Autograph Signings are Witnessed by a CSR Collectibles partner, and we try our best to take exact proof pictures on all Pre-Sale items. Once you receive your signed item back in the mail, take a picture of it and send it to us and ask for your proof picture. In addition, we offer the option to add a 3rd Party Authentication Sticker from the leading authentication companies in the world: JSA Authentication or Beckett Authentication Services (whichever is available to us at the time of each signing event). Adding these authentication stickers to your items helps with documentation, increases the value, & makes the item easier to resell if you ever need/want to.
A. We guarantee our work; if we agree to take your specific item, we are assuming risks while it’s in our possession. If the item has previous signatures, it costs us more and/or makes it more “valuable” to replace if something was to happen to it while it was in our possession. Although the fees we charge on each item are not enough for us to cover the replacement or damage that may have occurred, this is more like an “insurance” that gets placed aside in an account and allows us to use to replace/repair something in the rare instance it happens.
A. We guarantee our work; if we agree to take your specific item, we are assuming risks while it’s in our possession. We cannot guarantee what happens to the item in the mail, especially since we only stand to gain from the autograph(s) we get at the current time of shipping. We use the same package to mail it back to you that you sent us the item in, so make sure you pack it damage-proof! For example, if you mail us a poster already signed by 5 people but pay us this time for one signature to be added, it is not fair for us to take the risk outside of the item being in our hands for the other 5 signatures plus the item value while it’s in the possession of the mailing company. By sending us your own label, you have the option to add signature confirmation, insurance, and whatever speed you want the item shipped to you at. By doing this, if there is damage/loss of your package, you purchased the label and have full control of filing for insurance and dealing with the mailing company to claim the insurance. It would be impossible for us to prove the value or cost of the item or other 5 signatures since they are not on the transaction of the signature we are mailing to you.
A. Keep in mind, most of the time we are traveling to these signings. Space is very limited (especially if we are flying). The larger the item, the more space it takes up and costs us more to travel with. The full-size posters are some of the most difficult items to travel with and set up. These types of items slow down the speed of the signing and that’s the main reason for the higher cost.
