This is a Handheld Arcade Game signed & sketched by Paul E. Niemeyer. Paul was the illustrator of the Original Mortal Kombat Arcade cabinet, including the infamous dragon logo. There are a few dents on the plastic window as shown in the pictures. This item has been fully examined by James Spence Authentication (JSA).
