Overview
Our refunds and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your date of purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received back to us in the same condition that you received it. If an item arrived damaged, please bring this to our attention within 3 business days of the item showing delivered.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Pre-Orders
- Scratch & Dent items
We will not cover or refund original shipping on buyer’s remorse returns. They are also subject to a 10% Restocking fee. This covers nonrefundable fees we paid to have your transaction completed by our payment providers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days of approval. Keep in mind, we have no control of the length of time that your credit card provider takes to actually send you the refund on their end.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, we cannot refund you directly. We will only send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
