International Shipping Policy (Canada & Other Countries)
Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your country’s customs office.
- If a package is refused by the recipient due to unpaid duties/taxes, the shipment will be returned to us.
- In this situation, the sender (our company) is billed by UPS for the return shipping costs and any unpaid import charges.
- These costs will be deducted from any refund (if a refund applies), or billed back to the customer before the item is reshipped.
- If the package cannot be returned, it may be considered abandoned by customs and no refund will be issued.
We strongly encourage our international customers to check with their local customs office before placing an order to understand what duties and taxes may apply.

AN ERROR MESSAGE SAYS MY CARD DETAILS ARE INCORRECT.
Please make sure that you entered your details exactly as they appear on the card. The card number should be entered without any spaces. The CVV number is the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.
I CANNOT PROCESS MY ORDER.
Try to place your order again – sometimes when the Site is experiencing high demand, orders do not get placed. If it still does not work please make a note of what happens and what messages the Site gives you. It may also be necessary to try an alternative computer to ensure it is not a compatibility problem. If you are still having problems, try deleting the cookies / caches on your computer and then log back into your account. To do this you will need to go to the “Tools” tab in your Internet browser, select “Internet Options”, then choose “Delete Cookies” and hit OK. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes. We ship worldwide! Keep in mind, International Orders could incur Customs/Import fees and/or Taxes. These fees/taxes are the responsibility of the Customer to pay. (we do not receive any of this payment) Each Country has its own policy on these fees. Please do your due diligence on your respective Country’s policy before placing your order. DHL & UPS are usually a lot faster but more expensive shipping costs verses USPS.
I RECEIVED MULTIPLE BOXES, DID I GET CHARGED MULTIPLE DELIVERY FEES?
We know you are excited to receive your order. To ensure CSR Collectibles exceeds your expectations, we will occasionally ship an order separately. We will reach out to you accordingly if we think that you collectibles will be safer in multiple packages (separate fees will apply).
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER.
Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account. If there is a delay, this will be indicated on the courier’s website. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER IF I AM NOT HOME?
We understand you are busy and cannot be home to wait for a delivery. The courier will leave your package at your home in a safe place, if no signature required. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the office, they may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. *Signature Required will be added randomly at our discretion*
